Ich bin ein kleineres innovatives Maschinenhandelshaus das bereits seit vielen Jahren gebrauchte Werkzeugmaschinen vertreibt und auch anwendungstechnisch berät. Es begann bereits vor über 20 Jahren, im Jahre 1987 mit dem Kauf einer WEILER Drehmaschine MDU 260 zur Eigenverwendung. Seit dieser Zeit beschäftige ich mich fast ausschließlich mit Drehmaschinen aus dem Hause WEILER. Mein Maschinenprogramm sind nur feinmechanische Werkzeugmaschinen - Dreh - Bohr - Fräs - Schleifmaschinen und auch Zubehör, ausschließlich Qualitätsmaschinen der nachfolgenden Hersteller

Gegründet 1938 von Friedrich Weiler - Produziert noch heute Drehmaschinen in Emskirchen

Hier verfüge ich immer über zahlreiche Maschinen, sehr viele Zubehörteile.
Alle Maschinen werden nach einer gründlichen Eingangsprüfung teilw. demontiert, gereinigt  und defekte Teile werden ausgetauscht.
Danach erfolgt eine genaue Funktionsprüfung . Anschließend wird jede Maschine mit dem Standardzubehör ausgerüstet bevor sie zum Verkauf kommt.
Neben den Werkzeugmaschinen gibt es auch einen großen Ersatzteilservice sowie ein gut bestücktes Lager an gebrauchten und neuen
Zubehörteilen. Teilweise sind sogar noch Ersatzteile für sehr sehr alte Maschinen vorhanden.
Auch ein größeres Archiv an Literatur wie z.B. Prospekte, technische Datenblätter, Bedienungsanleitungen und Ersatzteillisten,
teilweise sogar für über 50 Jahre alte Maschinen, ist aufgebaut worden.

Ich habe mich bei den WEILER Drehmaschinen neben den Leit- und Zugspindelmaschinen ganz speziell auf die nicht gesteuerten
Fertigungs- und Nachdrehmaschinen der Baureihe 260 spezialisiert.

Founded in 1938 by Friedrich Weiler, located in Emskirchen, Germany. The company is still in production and continues its focus on being the benchmark of high quality Lathes. I do always have a large range of WEILER Lathes including tools / parts in stock. All my pre-owned machines are thoroughly checked, disassembled, cleaned, and re-assembled to factory specs using original parts before they are for sale. In addition to complete machine tools. I have a large stock of original spare parts and tools – new and pre-owned. A good range of spare parts is available even for very old machines. Also I supply sales catalogs, technical data sheets, manuals and parts lists for machine tools, some even for machines older than 50 years. In the range of WEILER lathes – apart from feed shaft- and leadscrew-machines I especially focus on the non controlled (non CNC) production - and finish-turning machines series 260.

All machines, tools and parts are sold worldwide. I do take a lot of picky work in packaging to avoid any damage in shipping and handling. If shipped overseas my machines are packaged according to the high standards of sea transportation.
